Photos, shells, sand and memories of a special beach excursion, cruise, island getaway or just some summer fun are the makings for a special keepsake! In this very mixed media canvas book you will learn some fun techniques that you will be able to carry on in to future projects as well. We will be playing with paint mediums, mists, glazes, modeling paste, inks, stamps, screens, UTEE and much more during class. The 8 inch square canvases will be "hinged" using a unique binding technique. The inside will utilize the negative space with dimensional elements hidden behind additional chipboard panels and pages that will flip out…this is one not to miss!!

**please bring to class a small hammer and any special shells or sand you may want to incorporate (I will have some small shells in class as well) string adhesive such as Glossy Accents, crop-a-dile if you have one and 2 beachy photos that can be cropped to 3x4"
