Weight Loss Journal & Tag


Weight Loss Journal and Mini Tag Book
In this class we will alter a composition book to create a weight loss journal. You also will learn how to make a mini tag book. You will receive all materials and motivational stickers to help you document your weight loss goals and progress. You can add pictures, quotes and thoughts. Or just make it for the fun of it. Also makes a nice gift.
